Parade

Businesses, individuals, and community organizations are all invited to enter a float or performance in the Summerfest Parade.

Saturday, June 22rd at 10:00am.

• Line-up begins at 9:00am.
• Parade route is from Lotts Drive along Route 202 ending in the Windham High School parking lot.

Wide Variety of Parade Entry Options

The parade is a fun way to advertise your business or organization while celebrating Windham. Individual floats team up with the rest of the community to offer residents and visitors exciting entertainment. Kids smile, adults enjoy being there and Windham has an opportunity to celebrate all the strong individuals and businesses that make Windham spectacular.

Booths

Promote your company in the Business Expo, raise money for your non-profit organization or your charity of choice, showcase the great work that your community organization is doing, or take part in the Summerfest Craft & Vendor Fair. Click here to sign up for a booth.


Business Expo
• Promote and market your company’s latest products, services, and expertise.
• Demonstrations and/or activities are welcome as part of your business booth.
• Fee per 10x10 space WITH electricity: $125
• Fee per 10x10 space WITHOUT electricity: $100

Non-Profit Food Booth
• Set up a food both to raise money for your non-profit organization or for your charity of choice if you are a business.
• In order to eliminate duplicate food offerings, you will be asked to provide a first and second choice of food item.
• Fee for food booth space WITH electricity: $75
• Fee for food booth space WITHOUT electricity: $50
(Food choices will need to be approved to avoid duplicate items)

Community Organizations
• Host a game or contest at your community booth and showcase the great work that your organization is doing.
• Fee for Resident: FREE
• Fee for Non-Resident: $35

Craft/Vendor Booth
• Show off your craftmanship or promote a unique item while selling your products.
• Fee per space: $30 plus donation of a raffle item valued at $20+
(Crafter/Vendor applications will be approved to avoid duplicate items)

All registration fees increase after May 31st • No registrations will be accepted after June 14th

• Premier booth for up to 2 locations and premier spot in the Summerfest parade

Little Sebago Lake Sponsor - $1,500
• Main Stage signage and Recognition Announcements throughout the day
• Large ad on Summerfest Kiosk and in Program Booklet with contact information and up to 50 words
• A banner at the event recognizing your business as a sponsor
• Booth in the Business Expo
• Logo recognition in all event advertising and logo on the Summerfest website

Pettingill Pond Sponsor - $1,000
• A banner at the event recognizing your business as a sponsor
• Medium Ad on Summerfest Kiosk
• Large ad in Program Booklet with contact information and up to 50 words
• Booth in the Business Expo
• Name recognition in all event advertising and logo on Summerfest website

Dundee Pond Sponsor - $500
• Small Ad on Summerfest Kiosk
• Name recognition in all event advertising
• 1/2 page ad in Program Booklet with contact information and 25 words

Chaffin Pond Sponsor - $250
• Recognition Ad on Summerfest Kiosk
• Name recognition in all event advertising
• 1/4 page ad in Program Brooklet with contact information

Mill Pond Sponsor - $100
• Name recognition in all event advertising
