Nominees will be handpicked for adding sparkle to Windham life! Whether through community spirit, acts of kindness, personal triumphs in arts or sports, or simply by making Windham shine with achievements from afar.
Nominee must be a current resident of Windham, Maine.
Nominee must be willing and able to attend the Summerfest Parade.
